What’s new?

Fixed shapes disappearing when undoing immediately after a style change or a move with the arrow keys. Undoing or deleting while dragging an item also no longer puts edits in the wrong order or clears the redo history when the drag ends.

Fixed an issue where undoing immediately after changing mosaic strength removed the entire mosaic. The mosaic now stays in place and returns to its previous strength.

Fixed canceled text reappearing through Undo when all content was cleared during its first edit and editing ended after a short pause.

Clicking overlapping text, shapes and mosaics now selects the topmost item. Empty space around rotated text no longer prevents selecting an item underneath.

Fixed the opposite endpoint of a rotated arrow shifting when dragging one endpoint.

Keyboard focus now stays inside the resize confirmation dialog and returns to the button that opened it when closed. Background editing shortcuts are also blocked while the dialog is open.

Fixed the mobile editing button at the bottom of the screen appearing too early when moving between the guides list and an article, including browser back navigation.

A new guides section covers four topics: hiding personal information in a photo, choosing between PNG, JPG and WebP, sizing images for each destination, and resizing without losing quality.

Each step of the how-to page now explains the rule behind the tool and what people commonly miss, with a link to the guide that covers it in depth.

Japanese headings rendered noticeably heavier than the other languages. Their weight is now tuned so all three read at a similar density.
